Issue with signing in

Hi,

my client using info@flintstonegroup.in cannot login to their zoho account. The employee who was handling the account is no longer working the company and we cannot login to the account... the reset link is already going to the same account/..


is it possible for you to unlock this account and make bm@flintstonegroup.in as admin so that we can take our activities further,,,
