Hello, support team!

We're experiencing an issue when replying to tickets directly through Slack. When the reply is sent to the email, spaces are being replaced by '+' symbols. This makes the message harder to read and understand.

Is there any solution or adjustment that can fix this formatting issue? Thank you in advance for your help!
