I have created a web form and included captcha in it but the captcha image is not showing on website.  https://www.moonly.in/get-in-touch/ 

Also I can't mark certain fields in web form as required.

There is another problem with redirection. The moment I submit form, it redirects to  https://desk.zoho.com/support/WebToCase and gets stuck there. 

How can I resolve this issue.
