Hello!

I noticed that a large number of my unattended devices began showing as Offline earlier this morning (around 745am Mountain time). I checked the Zoho Assist status page but it's not showing any outages. The issue seems to be randomly occurring with most of my unattended devices. They will go offline for as long as an hour, then come back up for a few minutes, then go back to offline status. I am using the newest version of ZA Desktop (2.8.4). Does anyone know if there is an ongoing issue with the unattended service? I did send an email to the ZA support address a couple of hours ago but have not yet received a response. Thank you for your help!
