Our developers have identified an issue with Zoho Mail’s spam filtering, which may have caused valid emails to be marked as spam in Zoho Desk over the past couple of days. The Zoho Mail team is actively investigating the problem and working to resolve it as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we recommend reviewing the "Spam Tickets" view in Zoho Desk and checking for any valid tickets that may have been incorrectly flagged. If you find any, please mark them as "Not Spam" accordingly.
