I'm just a beginner in Zoho Projects. I need to configure a Issue management workflow, where certain user may insert issues, and other users will have the responsibility to evaluate, prioritise and dispatch them to the appropriate solutioning. 

Where can I find an example or a manual of how to conifgure Zoho Projects to generate Issue Management workflows?
