Issues with Audit Log & Task visibility

Issues with Audit Log & Task visibility

So I'm trialing the Zoho CRM Professional Edition, and am the Adminstrator for our account with 3 users.

I'm concerned that the Audit Log is not showing the creation of a new Contact [by me], but is showing the creation of a Task for that Contact by a user.

Also, if I click onto the details of the particular Contact, then I don't see any Activities for the Contact - but if the user clicks onto the Contact, they see the Task they created.  Surely as the Administrator & CEO I should be able to see everything even though Task sharing is set to private (as I only want users to see their own Tasks)
