Issues with duplicating EMail & missing IMAP email

Hello again folks

We are using a IMAP email server and folks are experiencing both duplicating emails and it's not pulling all of the emails from the IMAP server. When folks click on "Fetch Emails" it duplicates a bunch of existing emails which causes their mail folders on zoho to balloon.

I've read past entries where this was supposed to have been corrected w/ version 3.2. Some help would be most appreciated as everything else is working well, but we won't be able to release this to the rest of the company w/o getting this email issue resolved.
