Issues with Email Configuration in Zoho CRM

Hi there! I hope this message finds you well. I am seeking assistance with the email configuration in Zoho CRM.


I am a user of Zoho Mail and have two email accounts, which are essential for my business. However, I am facing difficulties while trying to set up these email accounts in Zoho CRM.


When configuring the accounts, I receive an error message stating "authentication failure for user@example.email" when using the regular email password. On the other hand, when attempting to use the application-specific password due to two-factor authentication, I receive the error message "The authentication details provided were rejected by the external server. Kindly provide a valid username and password."


The same problem occurs when trying to configure the other account in Zoho CRM.


To help illustrate the issue, I have attached some screenshots displaying the aforementioned error messages.


I believe I am following the correct steps during the setup process, entering the email address, password, and Zoho mail server settings correctly. However, the errors persist.


I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem. If there are any additional configurations I need to perform or specific guidance you can provide, I would greatly appreciate receiving the necessary instructions.
