Issues with mail on iOS - before I cancel Zoho

I wanted to move my email from GoDaddy because the interface wasn't great and the emails sent on my iPhone did not sync with GoDaddy's sent mail folder.
Someone recommended Zoho which I jumped at but now almost regret.

1. I cannot migrate my sent emails from GoDaddy to Zoho. I am guessing this is something to do with the GoDaddy account being Pop but even then the emails should all just migrate into one folder in Zoho? Only my inbox would migrate so I cannot see any of my sent emails which is not acceptable for me.

2. The Zoho Mail app is no good for me as I need badge notifications. Having set up Zoho on my iPhone viable native mail app I have noticed that:
There are only a certain number of my emails visible - I cannot view any emails within the iOS mail app from before July 2016 even though these emails are visible and have migrated to Zoho (desktop/mail app).

Crucially, whenever I send an email from the Zoho hosted account through the mail app the sent emails do not show up on my iPhone sent folder or when I log into Zoho on desktop. The only emails that show in my sent folder are those which I have sent via Zoho desktop.

I'm thinking it's back to the drawing board for options as this is far worse of a problem than I had before.
