issues with outgoing email (IMAP)

Hi,

I used zeeshan_hamid@hotmail.com to sign up for zoho and added "zee@desygned.com" as a mail account. I added two more users (both @desygned.com) with mail accounts.

Other accounts work fine. However, for zee@desygned.com I have to use "zeeshan_hamid@hotmail.com" with IMAP to log in.  That works okay for receiving emails, but I am not able to send emails.  Also, I would much prefer to change teh login to "zee@desygned.com" instead of "zeeshan_hamid@hotmail.com". However, I am not able to do that either.  I see an option to change the login, but it fails.  

Also, is it possible to change the admin?  I did not know zeeshan_hamid@hotmail.com was going to be locked as the admin. I want a desygned.com email to be the admin.'
