I'm setting up the contacts at our company and trying to integrate a method of alerting the three other employees on which leads/contacts they should be replying to on a given day/week.
I envisioned using the 'Pulse' tab and following the users who need to be contacted on a given day. Each team member would then log in to their CRM, check the Pulse page for the daily activities required and proceed. I envisioned making new notes on a contact and then clicking 'follow' so they show up on Pulse, and then after the new note/scheduled task has been carried out by the team member, they could delete that task/note as a way of showing what has been done. However, when a new task/note is deleted from a followed Lead/Contact, that information is not readily apparent on the Pulse page.
Is there a way to do this better that I am missing? It does not help if when a team member logs on, it still shows tasks from the morning on the Pulse page, even after they have been deleted. Short of unfollowing the particular contact after the task has been completed, is there another method to perform this function?
