it says the domains is already associated, but we don't remember signing up with zoho.

we tried signing up for business email with zoho for setopati.com and we get an error
* This domain is already associated with this account "j*****7@s*****".
nobody from our team remembers signing up for zoho mail.
Can you please check and flush if possible the record from your db so that we can create new one?
