It would be great if the "Next Step" field in a Potential could dynamically update
Right now the "Next Step" field is just an empty field where you can place text. It isn't really useful for keeping track of what the Next Step should be since you can't set a date it needs to be completed by, assign it to a user, get reminders, and mark it as complete. So in the current implementation it is pretty useless for me, but the idea of having a Next Step field for a potential so that you can quickly scan through all your potentials and see what you need to do for each...that is very useful.
It would be great if we could make that Next Step field into a special kind of lookup field that would automatically pull in the next task associated with a potential. I think it would work best by pulling in the task with the nearest due date that hadn't been marked complete yet, but there are probably other ways that might make sense also.
