to comply with the EU/Italian privacy legislation I need to understand what kind of cookies are stored by Zoho to visitors when they use web to case forms: technical cookies of profiling cookies. My case: in my website we have embedded a "web to case form"; visitors fill in the form and send us the web form, then get an authomatic "thank you" reply by email and that's it.

Could you provide me with more details on those cookies, please?
