Item can't be created through Flow even though all data seems to be correctly formatted

Item can't be created through Flow even though all data seems to be correctly formatted

My flow creates a number of Sprint items from CRM data when a deal moves into the closing funnel.  The "Create Item" node works fine except when I try to assign start/end dates from CRM data and calculated dates.

The input seems to match the error just fine.
