We’re back with more updates to help you hire better. Check out how these features help you straighten up your hiring process and how you can incorporate them into your existing workflow.
Test, identify and fix issues with Zoho Recruit’s Sandbox.
The sandbox feature provides you with an isolated environment where you can test out any changes that you want to make to your hiring process.
Say you want to implement a new blueprint or modify an existing one. Using Sandbox, you’ll be able to design, analyze and implement said blueprint without affecting your existing process. This way, you can feel much safer about the changes in your settings, as you can now identify issues and fix them before you take them to your actual working system.
Conducting interviews is a critical phase in any recruitment process—whether it’s for a full-time or a part-time role. To help you ease this process and get the most targeted results, Zoho Recruit integrates with Jobma so you can take advantage of hosting video interviews and bring right talent to the table.
We’ve added two more tabs to Zoho Recruit’s Candidate Portal, namely Skills and Attachments. The Skills tab displays skills that were parsed from the candidates’ resume and also allows them to edit and add skills manually. Uploading a new resume will also result in the updation of their skills. When candidates upload a new resume, the existing skills in the Skills tab will be replaced with new ones. However, skills that were either edited or added manually will not be replaced. The Attachments tab lets candidates add Cover letters and other documents.
Action Icons
We’ve removed the Actions drop-down from the Record Details page and added individual icons for each primary action. Secondary actions have been moved under the More options drop-down. We’ve also changed up the Record Detail page’s UI to make it look, feel and perform better.
Interview Enhancements
You can now Cancel/Reschedule Interviews from the Interview Kit screen. New email alert templates have been provided for both Cancel and Reschedule actions and a new workflow trigger 'Cancel' has been added for the Interviews module.

One of the main reasons I have gone down the Zoho route is because I need multi-currency support. However, I find that products can only be priced in the home currency, We sell to the US and UK. However, we maintain different price lists for each. TherePrice Book in foreign currency
We have many customers who buy in foreign currency (USD), where our base currency is our local currency (AUD). It would be normal (it is in Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory etc.) to assign a currency to a price book, but I cannot find this option in Zoho CRMAssign Price Book to Accounts (again!)
