Java error message during installation

Java error message during installation

Hello!

During installation of Virtual Office I get following error message:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Could not create the Java virtual machine.

I am using a virtual server with Confixx. My hosting provider tells me I should run java with the option -Xmx24m, in order to reduce memory heap from 64 MB to 24 MB!

Is it possible to run Virtual Office Installer with this option? Or is there any other solution for my problem?
