Job Applications

It seems when someone applies for a job through the embedded iframe for a particular job opening the applicant is not automatically being associated with the job opening. Instead the resume appears in "Resume --> List" and I have to manually associate them with a particular position without actually knowing what position they applied for.

I would like to be able to browse resumes under the specific job opening and then mark as qualified or unqualified.
