What are Answer Bots?

The Answer Bot is a smart support assistant that uses the resources in your SalesIQ portal to answer your visitors' basic redundant questions.

Resources are the "Brain of the Answer bot".These resources (FAQs, Articles and Small Talk) are the ones that will be used to train your AI Bot. The bot will use these resources to analyse visitor queries and answer them. A rich knowledge base will help the answer bot improve and respond to a wide range of business queries.
