Joining tables for conditional

I have create a conditional formula in my "Inventario" table to classify each line according to some parameters on the column "Estado". The problem is that I need a new parameter whether a "Caso" of the Inventario table is on the "Pendientes por Resolver" query the value of "Estado" column would be "Pendiente IPS".

I hope I make myself clear and that you guys help me as soon as possible.
