JotForm - Zoho CRM integration for Calls
Hello!
New to Zoho here. What I'm trying to achieve is to schedule a Call in Zoho CRM from JotForm's Appointment widget.
- First attempt: I tried with the Zoho CRM integration inside JotForm to send the field information to the Call module. Created a separate (hidden) date field (which gets automatically filled from the appointment widget's information) that can be matched with Call Start Time. Still, when submitting, no new record is created in Calls.
Integration Setup
AppointmentDate2 auto-fills from Appointment widget- I've looked around for a solution with this type of approach with no luck. Preferably, I'd like to set it up so that a Call is scheduled instead of a meeting like I describe below.
- Second attempt: I linked the Appointment widget to Google calendar and imported meetings from Google to Zoho. Works fine but, is there a way to automatically create a call from a meeting?
