Journal Entries within Analytics

Most the data I import from Zoho books are Journal Entries. I'm having trouble using that type of data since creating any reports from it will cause Zoho to double count when summing totals due to the nature of journal entries. My data has a transaction id associated with every unique transaction in the journal. Is it possible to establish different priorities for Zoho to consider when reducing my dataset. An example of this would be,

1. Group all journal entries with the same transaction id together

2. Based on the account name of the transaction have a priority list that will select which part of the transaction is taken ie. Travel Expense -> Vacation Pay -> Accounts Payable where Accounts Payable will only be chosen if the other accounts in the transaction are not Travel Expense or Vacation Pay

3.Filter out all unselected rows

Where in the end we should have 1 row for every transaction (thus transaction id should become unique) and the row selected from each transaction is selected from a hierarchy list.

TLDR: Removing duplicate transactions based on transaction id from a journal

Here's an example of what the transactions could look like. Where Zoho would ideally filter out the first row.
