junk folder

Good morning ,iam using zoho email ,all is fine except the junk email,iam getting a lot emails on junk ,and zoho is not transferring it to my junk folder in outlook 2011 mac version,so when ever i miss an email iam loging to web zoho to check it ,

please advise what to do to solve the problem
