Just in: Synchronize Contacts/Calendar between Zoho CRM and Google Apps

Hello!

As promised in our previous forum threads, we are releasing the synchronization of Contacts/Calendar between Zoho CRM and Google Apps.

Here are some of the highlights:

Sync with Google Contacts:

Earlier, you could only import contacts from Google to Zoho CRM. Now, we also give you the option to sync your contacts between Zoho CRM and Google. Here are the sync options that you could choose:
  • Zoho CRM to Google (one-way sync)
  • Google to Zoho CRM (one-way sync)
  • Between Zoho CRM and Google (two-way Sync)

Sync with Google Calendar:

You can also schedule the synchronization of calendar between Zoho CRM and Google Apps. After synchronizing events, you can view and share the events with other users in Google Calendar.

Please note, these features are available for all Google Apps Users using the Zoho CRM Professional Edition and Enterprise Editions.
