Just Tooooo Cumbersome

Just took a "test drive" of your CRM. It's like ACT!, and other popular CRMs, ....and like them, it's just too cumbersome for a salesguy to really use.

What we really need is the function of a spreadsheet, BUT with the ability to show fields where we want them on the screen, instead of just in rows/columns; also a few other features, but not many.
