Just upgraded to a paid account and my test messages aren't going through! Please help - URGENT

Last night I received an email stating; MailBox Size Exceeds Limit. and that the user (me) is blocked.

I was using a free account, so decided to upgrade. I had another email attached to my account and didn't want to pay for that one as well, so I deleted it. In order to delete it I had to change my password, as I had forgot the old one. I successfully changed the password, deleted the account and upgraded to a paid account.

Everything seemed great until I sent a test message from Gmail and received a failed delivery notice.

Is this due to the account being blocked because I exceeded my previous limit, or has the fact that I changed the password effected something? I really need to get this going ASAP, as my business depends on this email.

Please help!
