I have a challenge for the Zoho Masters! We have a K-12th grade school. We have Prospective Students, Enrolled Students, and Parents/Guardians. We gather the date of birth for all prospective students, and we want to generate a list of students, for example, between 8 and 9 years old. Then we want to email this list, however, we want the emails to go to that prospective student's parents.

This could happen for target marketing. For example, we want to fill the 3rd grade classroom. We generate a list of prospective students who are 8 years old, then we send a mass email to their linked parent profile letting them know we have space.

The simple answer... Just add the parent email to the prospective student's profile. The problem... If the parent changes their contact information we would have to make the change in multiple places. Especially, when the parent has multiple children.

What is the best way to go about this? We don't want to have to make a email address change in multiple places, so it would be best for each parent/guardian to have separate profiles. Parents can be linked to multiple enrolled students and prospective students.

I have created separate contacts for enrolled students, prospective students, and parents, however we get stuck when trying to generate a list of prospective students and email their linked parent profiles.

What are some ideas for us to try?
