Keep getting logged out from zoho crm

Keep getting logged out from zoho crm

I keep, randomly getting logged out from zoho crm. I will be working in the crm and then go to a different window and go back to the crm and i will get logged out. I tried clearing my cache and cookies but it hasnt fixed the problem.
