Keep Receive Spam Mail and Weird Attachment File

Dear Zoho Team,

I have keep receive the spam since starting on 2016 onward until currently.  As there is a suspicious weird email receive my email from myself.  Could you help me to check for this problem?


Besides, there is a weird attachment file receive from other unknown people and even myself (Refer to the screenshot picture JPEG). Some-more, I don't use smartphone to send by using this email.

By the way, your ZOHO Support is really poor, unable to send the request to your team to check for it.  Due to this, I publish in this forum to let other people to read how your ZOHO support a lot of problem.

I appreciate you can help me check and monitor what is the problem inside.
