Keep track on past tickets from zoho desk in the zoho crm

I would like to ask a question whether if it is possible if we can keep track of all the past tickets being opened by our customers in the Zoho desk via the Zoho CRM of that service. Our customer is using the reference id(Example: BWID-27). We have created a custom field in the ticket layout and assign the BWID-27 URL in that field but we do not know how to link it to the field inside Zoho CRM for that service. We want every service in the Zoho CRM can link to the past tickets that have been opened by our customers. It would be good if you can give us the step-step on how to implement it.
