Keeping formating whilst carry out a mail merge.
Hi,
I have uploaded a mailmerge document that I created in MS Word 2010 and changed the necessary mailmerge fields to reflect the ones I am using from ZohoCRM. My problem is as follows;
In word I could format the mail merge fields, so that the merged data was formated the way I required for the document (font style and size etc.), but it appears that I cannot format mail merge fields in Zohowriter. Is this true?
If this is so how do I get around the issue, as I do not want to have to go through my document after merging and manually carry out the formatting, as this makes the mail merge pointless.
