Kevin at ZOHO is the best!

I have been not receiving my system generated emails for over a month now. I have about 5-10 new leads generated on my web form every day. Once a new lead is assigned I get a notification email. My hosting provider www.Bluehost.com told me that it was Zoho's fault, and zoho said it was a bluehost issue. after about a month of back and forth and playing "monkey in the middle" i finally was able to conference zoho and bluehost together. After several hours Kevin at zoho was able to show bluehost how they did intfact make the mistake and he helped me fix it. Kevin was very patient and professional with me and based on my experience I would highly recommend zoho crm to anyone!
