Keypad dialer needed for Twilio in Zoho CRM/desk/recruit/etc (Phonebridge)
I really wish when I click on the phone symbol in the bottom right corner of zoho crm it would open up and show a full keypad so I can make calls inside zoho crm (using twilio) to phone numbers that aren't leads, contacts, tickets, prospects, etc. I pay for zoho and I pay for twilio, so how about letting me get the most benefit from both? It wont clutter the zoho interface at all (as it simply be an expanded content in the existing twilio phone on/off pop up). I even did a mockup for you guys, but I am sure you will make it more beautiful...we want to be able to add our entire working lives to zoho, and the phone is a big part of it...i think this feature can be added by one engineer in about 3 days or less...the combination of twilio + zoho is a killer app, because it allows the staff to be fully portable (they can move with their PC, and their phone moves with them)...this same feature should be added to zoho desk, zoho recruit, zoho people, zoho crm android app, etc...in every zoho product (whether on the pc or in the android app) sometimes we need to call people that we dont yet want to make a lead, trouble ticket, a staff, etc...if we like the result of call, we can always make a crm lead, or recruit candidate, or desk ticket...but what if we just want to call Mom :-)
