Kludge workaround for delagating email
Like many small business owners, I have an assistant, and I need for her to be able to access my email and send/process emails. Shared Folder accomplish 90% of this, as I filter all incoming mail in to a set of shared folders that she has access to. However that doesn't help when she needs to send an email as me, which isn't often, but does occur. Outlook and gmail both make this easy by delegating access. Zoho could also make this easy, but adding a delegate access option, and then having the other users box show up in the same way that a POP3 box does. Or even allowing "send mail as" to be set to another users. Unfortunately neither of those are options at the moment.
Which leads me to the work around. By enabling POP on my account, I was able to set her up with my account as a POP3 Mailbox Now she can send mail as me. It's a bit of a kludge, because in order to send a message she has to go to the POP account on the left, but it's not super often she has to anyway, it's mostly replying and processing. I am very happy to have found a solution, even if its not a great one, because otherwise Zoho Email is great for collaboration, I love the ability to have a conversation about an email right below the message.
