Know customer assitance to events

Hello, I want to set a CRM based on customers and events, so I would like to have a record on customer preferences and also track customer assistance to events, in order to repeat invitation or not to similar future events...

Is that possible with Zoho CRM? How?
  • Have record of customer preferences like: free-time, technology, motor, travel...
  • Track customer assitance to events
  • Send invitation to events based on previous two parameters
