Kudos on the New Web Forms + one feature request

Thank-you for adding the great new functionality like Captcha, Hidden Fields, File Upload, the visual editor, background & font options - all things I had to fix in Dreamweaver before now.
If I can put in just one request for future enhancements, it would help to be able to select between the current 2 column design of:



to a stacked or one column design like this (better for narrower spaces like WP Widgets::



Or even the newest 'label in field' style (which takes up less space):



Until then, I'll still have to use Dreamweaver to change it from 2 column to 1 column
