Users in our
EU Datacenter would be experiencing an issue with labels in webmail not syncing via IMAP clients like Outlook, MacMail, Thunderbird, etc.
Our engineering team has been working to optimize the system to restore the label sync, however we are having some technical constraints. At this moment, we are expecting that the label sync issue can be resolved only after the annual maintenance is complete. We will keep this post updated if we are able to make progress before that. We apologize for the breakage for such a long duration.
