Lack of transparency with unblocking and upgrading policies

I´m really disappointed with your lack of transparency. My email account juan.vasquez@2000dpi.co was blocked and got a mail with this message " MailBox Size Exceeds Limit [MailBox Size=5,128]", Also said " We suggest to clean up emails to create some space or buy/ allocate additional storage for the user"

I´ve tried both, but once I cleaned up a lot of emails, when I tried to unblock my account with control panel, a message said this option was only valid for paid users. First lack of transparency. 

Also when I tried to upgrade my account, once I chose to up grade, the site said "(minimum 1 user)", but when y proceeded to pay, a message appeared saying that I must buy minimum 4 licences for users in my organization.  What a lack of transparency...

Please be clear a not trick users. Tell me if I can upgrade just my account or if I should find another email provider.
