I use Instapage.com for my landing pages. This provides integration to Zoho CRM for Lead creation. I want to trigger a Zoho Campaigns auto responder as soon as the lead completes the sign up form on the landing page. The problem I have is that the periodic sync between Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaign is only once a day.

How can I trigger the Zoho Campaigns Auto Responder instantly. (Picture attached of the flow I am seeking.)
