language support and spell chcker

Hello all,

As a Dutchman I have to write family andstill sometimes business collegues in different languages (Dutch, English, French, German)
Of course one makes mistakes both in the spelling of the word, typing and the grammar sometimes.
If I type the word in the English language in the wrong way there is a spell checker line. But if I want to type a character and do not push the button wright the character is not shown and the error is not shown.
Where can I find the spell and grammar checker in he Zoho program?
As a volunteer I will leave for a few weeks to Africa and have to write and talk in French again.
Please help.
