Latest in Zoho CRM: Links, Custom Apps
Building your own
Links is the latest new feature in Zoho CRM. Using this feature, you can create some very useful links that would save you some extra clicks and fetch the required data.
Where do I find it?
You will find the Links feature under Setup > Customization. Find out more here.
Apart from this, an important change is in the Zoho Creator Integration. This feature is now renamed as Custom Apps (powered by Zoho Creator). The feature is the same except for its name. Enterprise Edition users can access it to build custom apps for specific Sales and Marketing needs and include the CRM data from modules like Leads, Contacts etc. in the form.

Other Enhancements:
- The Potential's Stage field can be selected as the column header under Grouping in a Matrix report.
Also, the Boolean fields can be selected as the column header in a Matrix report. - Earlier, while using Google Calendar sync, by default the calendar events were added to the Zoho Calendar in Google. Now, the events will be added to the Google Calendar that is selected for synchronization.
