Latest Round of Changes and Feature Requests for Zoho CRM

I have noticed by going through various threads, that people requested certain features whether essential or not from as far back as 7 years ago, and still has not been implemented. I can only conclude that Zoho forget about these requests or are not sure whether people really want them.

I have also noticed that Zoho does not announce the latest round of changes and simply roll them out, in some instances causing usability problems I discovered a couple last week by accident and the changes have made it slower for me to complete my task.

This thread is also to highlight the latest round of changes, or comment on a change that you dislike and want them to reverse it.

Please add yours to the list.

1. Leads- i would like the notes to be moved to Accounts and not Contacts when they are converted - if contacts are deleted so is the information this is irresponsible.

2. new change: i dislike the new industry filter (account view), it is now a drop down box and not a free text - which i use to check for certain incorrect values, they should either revert this or include a separate box for the drop down box - i didn't see anyone request this change in the first place?

2.1 new change i have noticed that when you select on the Green add button to add another row of filter, it does not COPY over the last line it is blank so if you have a lot to fields to pick from and a lot of variables to apply you have to start from SCRATCH on each new line - i didn't request this change, i suspect they didn't realise this would change.

3. bolder colour schemes or availability of a custom colour theme, as current availability is too similar and for me it is hard to see the similar shades of grey and white.  This also applies to the change in the Google Calendar feature it used to be Red and i dare say it behaved in a more useful way.

4. Please let us link competitor information that is there in potential to an actual proper RECORD with features we can track in dashboard etc so we can select from as a pick list for speediness.
