Latest updates in Zoho CRM this November!

The latest couple of updates in Zoho CRM includes the introduction of Users Layout Customization and the enhancement of Trend Dashboards. Read further to learn more.
Traditionally, when you added a new user to your Zoho CRM account, you only had a standard set of fields such as name, email and role. Say you wanted to add a few other specific details of the user, such as their enrollment number or Joining date, this wasn't possible. That's not the case any longer! Zoho CRM now allows you to customize the Users Layout, which works in a similar way as any other layout customizaiton.
You can add custom fields and sections specific to your organization such as ID card number, Joining Date, Qualification details and so on. Read more about it

Trend Dashboard
Three new filters for Users, Time period and Frequency now replace the Trend Slider for all your Trend Dashboards. You can also select and drag a specific portion of your trend graph to zoom in and view the trend for the respective time period. Read more about it here.
