Latest updates in Zoho Meeting | Breakout rooms and End to end encryption
Hello everyone,
We’re excited to share a few updates for Zoho Meeting. Here's what we've been working on lately: Introducing Breakout Rooms for enhanced collaboration in your online meetings and End-to-end encryption to ensure that the data is encrypted by the sender, transmitted in encrypted form, and then decrypted by the intended recipient.
Breakout Rooms
Breakout rooms are distinct virtual spaces that redefine large online meetings, allowing dynamic group interactions. Elevate your online collaborative experience with breakout meetings—where collaboration knows no bounds. Open multiple breakout discussions, empower diverse business teams, and foster effective brainstorming through Zoho Meeting's breakout rooms. Learn more.
End-to-end Encryption
End-to-end encryption ensures that the data is encrypted by the sender, transmitted in encrypted form, and then decrypted by the intended recipient. No one in between, not even Zoho Meeting, can access the encrypted data. This ensures that the data is kept secure from any potential eavesdroppers. Learn more.
How to enable end-to-end encryption
1. Click Settings on the left pane
2. Navigate to End-to-end encryption under Meetings settings and enable it
3. Choose the type of meetings you want to be end-to-end encrypted

Zoho Meeting is included in Zoho One now!
Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees.
