Latest Updates in Zoho Meeting | Integration with Zoho Flow, enhanced webinar UI, and other updates
Hello all,
We are glad to share a few updates and enhancements in Zoho Meeting which includes an integration with Zoho Flow which can help you automate workflows, and a few enhancements in our webinar UI that you will find useful.
New Webinar UI
Picture in Picture mode: You can now watch and listen to Zoho Meeting webinars in picture-in-picture mode on your desktop while using other apps or windows.
Display profile picture: Attendees and other organizers in your webinar will be able see your profile picture when you disable your video.
Zoom in and out during screen sharing: You can now zoom in and out of the screen for better reading and understanding while someone shares their screen during a webinar.
Integration with Zoho Flow
Zoho Flow is an integration platform using which you can create custom integrations between different apps. Zoho Meeting is now available on this integration platform which means you can integrate Zoho Meeting with other apps to automate workflows and make tasks easier. Learn more about this integration.
Other Meeting and webinar updates
Pause and resume recording:
You can now record parts of a meeting by pausing and resuming recording.
Custom backgrounds:
You can now upload custom background images for your virtual background in both meetings and webinars.
Bug fixes: We have done some bug fixes related to editing meetings, invitation emails, and recurring meetings and webinars.
Mobile app updates
Android
You can now view the list of meetings to which you have been invited in your Android app.
You can now share your screen without waiting for the meeting host's approval.
Meeting URLs will now be automatically shortened for your convenience while you share them with others.
iOS bug fix
We have fixed a major bug that caused the iOS app to close off for meeting hosts while they moved out of the meeting window.

Zoho Meeting is included in Zoho One now!
Hello Everyone, For those who waited for the integration of Zoho Meeting with Zoho One, here is the good news. The integration has been completed and you can now add the Zoho Meeting application in your Zoho One portal. Edition included in Zoho One License You will get Enterprise plan of Zoho Meeting, using which you can host online meetings with up to 100 participants and webinars with up to 100 attendees.
