Here is the case:

We created another layout for our deal module and made adjustments for the users that are going to use it. Old Standard layout is having a layout rule which sets up a couple of fields mandatory upon changing the stage to the Won.

But now, within this new layout, the rule is applied when they are trying to make changes even though the rule should be applied only for the Standard layout, not for the new one.

Am I missing something here?
