This is in regards to how operators are used in validation rules vs layout rules. So in this example I am using a number field. If I use a LESS THAN (or <=) operator in a validation rule it works fine, not counting an EMPTY field. In layout rules, if I say show me a field if the value is less than 50, and the field is empty then the field shows up! It would be nice to have the ability to select an option like LESS THAN BUT NOT EMPTY or even a number range (1-50). Am I missing anything? I know a simple function can solve this but wanted to share this bit of an annoyance.
