I've made a number of custom fields and created a layout for each of my leads, contacts, and prospects. The issue I'm having is that when I uploaded my database I had the First Name and Last Name separate, and my layout reflects this. The CRM seems to be automatically combining the first and last names into one field, the Lead Name, Contact Name, or Prospect Name. I do NOT want this to occur. How do I keep the first and last names in 2 separate fields, as I have in my layouts?
