Lead Assignment Automation

Hello,

I am looking for a way to assign out records that already exist within Zoho to my reps. What I currently have setup is after we send out an email campaign and someone interacts with the email I manually assign it to one of my reps on the floor which can be time consuming based on how many people interact with the email (generally more focused on clicks).

I thought I would be able to automate this process with the round robin assignment that is native to zoho but that is only for record imports and not existing records.

Is there a workaround for this or any input?
